Schools across the country have kicked-off their harvest and intense Penny Olympics have commenced!As the pennies are rolling in, go to the Curriculum section for tips on getting everyone involved and finishing strong.

09/10 Highlights
  • 4 schools participated in the Penny Harvest in the Capital Region
  • All 4 schools used their Penny Harvest money to form Philanthropy Roundtables, making grants and service projects to better their communities
  • 2, 427 Students collected the value of 204 sacks totaling $10, 202 which they transformed into 20 grants

Penny Harvest Schools of Excellence is an annual distinction awarded to a select group of schools that have demonstrated excellence in all phases of the Penny Harvest: Gathering Pennies, Making Grants and Taking Action.
